More games for your player, with you in charge
When your team has an off weekend, your player can still compete. List the weekends you're free, and coaches who need a guest player send you a request. Nothing happens without your yes.
What coaches see
Just enough for a coach to know your player fits. Never a full name, address or school.
- First name and last initial, jersey number if you want
- Age group and level: 7U to 14U, AA, AAA or Majors
- Positions, plus whether they bat and throw right or left
- Profile photo, private to verified coaches
- Sport: baseball or fastpitch softball
- GameChanger & Perfect Game: link your player's profiles so coaches see stats and auto highlights
- Highlights: YouTube or Hudl links, or short uploaded clips
- Coach references: a line or two from a current or past coach
- Home city and travel: a radius, plus any tournament towns you'll drive to

Each weekend shows as open, booked or not available. When you accept a request, that weekend flips to booked automatically.

Will my player leave their own team?
No. Guest playing is for weekends your team isn't playing. It's good practice to let your own coach know, and some organizations have rules about it, so check yours.
Who can see my child's profile?
Only coaches our team has verified, plus you. Profiles are never public or searchable on the web. They show first name and last initial, city, age group, level, positions, highlights and coach references.
When does a coach get my phone number?
Only after you accept their booking request, or if you reply to one of their coach board posts.
Can I ask the coach questions before I decide?
Yes. Every request has a Messages button so you can ask about game times, positions or fees inside GuestBall before you accept. Your phone and email stay private until you say yes.
How will I know when a coach asks?
We email you when a request comes in, when a coach messages you, and when anything changes. You can turn emails off under Account.
Do I have to say yes?
Never. You can decline any request, hide your player's profile at any time, or free up a weekend you already booked if plans change.
What videos can I add?
Add your GameChanger athlete profile and Perfect Game profile links, plus YouTube or Hudl links, or upload short clips up to 50 MB. For YouTube, set videos to Unlisted.
