What GuestBall is

GuestBall is a tool that helps parents and coaches connect about guest players for youth baseball and softball tournaments. GuestBall does not run teams or tournaments, does not supervise players, and is not a party to any arrangement between a family and a team.

Who can use it

• You must be 18 or older.
• Parents and guardians may list only children they are the parent or legal guardian of.
• Coaches and team managers must give accurate information so we can verify them, and must follow their league's safety, background-check and guest-player rules.

Rules for everyone

• Coaches communicate with parents or guardians only, never directly with a player. In-app messages may be reviewed by GuestBall's safety team when a concern is reported.
• Don't post a player's full last name, address, school or other identifying details.
• Keep profiles, posts and messages about baseball, accurate and respectful.
• Upload only photos and videos you have the right to share.
• Don't use GuestBall to recruit for anything other than the tournament or event described.

We may remove content, hide profiles, or suspend accounts that break these rules or put children at risk. Report concerns using the Report links in the app or by emailing hello@guestball.com. If a child is in immediate danger, call 911.

Families' and teams' responsibilities

Parents decide whether to accept any booking and are responsible for their child's travel, supervision, and any team or tournament fees, waivers and eligibility rules. Teams are responsible for their own rosters, insurance and league compliance.

Disclaimers

We verify coaches using the information available to us, but verification is not a background check or a guarantee. Use your own judgment. GuestBall is provided "as is", and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for arrangements, events or conduct between users.
